We are located at OOJJ's Commercial Complex, UNIT #C1 in the back with ample parking.
We operate by APPOINTMENTS ONLY
AVAILABILITY
For our Royal Loyals, the calendar will be open for booking 60 days in advance. Eg. in Feb, you will have March and April. This will be done the 15th of each month.
While for new clients, the calendar is open 30 days in advance. This is done the 20th of each month.
THIS IS YOUR TIME! GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT YOUR APPOINTMENTS.
WE DO NOT DO SERVICES ON SUNDAYS, MONDAYS OR RECOGNIZED PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
DEPOSITS
All NEW AND NON-FREQUENT CLIENTS' MUST pay deposit of EC$75 within 48 hours of booking your appointment.

After each booking, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure you enter the correct email address and phone number as reminders are automatically sent to both.
FINAL PAYMENTS
Your appointment balance can be paid via the following:
- Cash

- Cheque (Delonne Brotherson or MsDee's Natural Hair Care)
- Secured Credit Card Machine powered by National Bank.
BOOKINGS
If you are NEW to Textured Hair Haven, please note the following.
- If you have loose natural hair, YOU MUST book under NEW CLIENTS
- If you have locs, YOU MUST book a CONSULTATION FIRST.
- If you have microlocs, YOU MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION FIRST.
Your appointment will be cancelled without question if booked incorrectly. Feel free to contact us if unsure before booking.
ADD-ONS
Please ensure you check the appropriate additions for your appointments. Failing to do so may result in you not getting it done if it will delay the next appointment.
TRADITIONAL LOCS
The prices listed are starting prices. Please check the Add-on section when booking is you have longer locs.
MICROLOCS
If you are new, whether you already have micros or wish for an installation, a consultation is required. Please choose the appropriate booking. Shampooing is now an Add-on. Note, starting prices are listed and goes with the average time. If you usually go over the average, please check the add-ons. If your micros are over 3 months due for a retie, it will cost extra, please check add-ons, starting price listed, it will increase based on how many months overdue and repairs. Please be guided accordingly.
LATENESS AND CANCELLATIONS/NOSHOWS
Please be on time for your appointments. There is a grace period of 15mins. After 15mins, there will be an additional $25 to your final payment. Over 30 mins, your appointment will be cancelled, or service will be reduced to prevent delay of the next appointment.
We know life happens and we understand. If there is a need to cancel 24hrs before your appointment, please do so via email, a call or text. Failure to notify us, no show or cancel on the day of your appointment will result in the service being charged in full.
BAN POLICY
Clients will be banned if they do not show up for their appointments without notification to THH. Repeat scheduling without deposits will also be banned. If you are banned and schedule under a different name, you will be declined service on arrival.
